Analysts' Actions: AthenaHealth, Cliffs Natural, Denbury and More

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES AthenaHealth was downgraded at RBC Capital to underperform from sector perform. Twelve-month price target is $80. Company will likely struggle to achieve its near-term growth targets, RBC Capital said. Cliffs Natural Resources was downgraded at Deutsche Bank to hold from buy. The company determined that the potential to reach an agreement with prospective equity partners will not be possible by the end of 2014, indicating the realization of "worst case scenario." Twelve-month price target is $11. Company cut production guidance and is facing higher costs, Barclays said. International Business Machines was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings. Price target raised to $23 from $18 on solid management execution, incrementally positive recent trends and incremental mitigation of investment risks. Zoetis was downgraded at William Blair to market perform. Valuation call, as the stock is already factoring in takeover speculation, William Blair said.
