Analysts' Actions: Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Taser International

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES American Tower was downgraded at Morgan Stanley to equal-weight from overweight. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $98, Morgan Stanley said. Bank of America was downgraded at Nomura to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $17. Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review is a binding capital constraint for the company, Nomura said. Twelve-month price target is $5.20. JPMorgan Chase was upgraded at Nomura to buy. Company can exceed ROE expectations, Nomura said. Twelve-month price target is $69. Kohl's was upgraded at Maxim Group to buy from hold. Twelve-month price target is $68. Loyalty program and new beauty offerings should help drive growth, Maxim Group said. Logitech International was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings Taser International was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.
