NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES Franklin Resources was downgraded at Goldman Sachs to neutral. Twelve-month price target is $56. Company will likely be hurt by softer global bond performance and see sluggish near-term growth, Goldman Sachs said. BlackRock was upgraded at Goldman Sachs to buy. Twelve-month price target is $400. Organic growth is accelerating and the company deserves a higher multiple, Goldman said. Company is seeing lower margins, J.P. Morgan said. Insulet was downgraded at Sterne Agee to neutral from buy. Estimates were also cut, given the company's latest guidance, Sterne Agee said.
