NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES AutoZone was upgraded to buy from hold at Argus. Twelve-month price target is $736. Company can sustain sales momentum, Argus said. Valuation call, as the stock has gained 20% year to date, Needham said. El Paso Electric was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings. Estimates were also increased as the company has several potential catalysts, Deutsche Bank said. Urban Outfitters was upgraded at Janney Montgomery to buy. Twelve-month price target is $48. Inventory is improving and the company is buying back more shares, Janney Montgomery said. Urban Outfitters was upgraded at William Blair to outperform. Company can improve its margins, William Blair said.
