NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES Computer Sciences was downgraded at Goldman Sachs to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $68. Bunge BG acquisition increases the company's exposure to lower oil prices, Jefferies said. Urban Outfitters was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Company can expand margins, BMO Capital said. Twelve-month price target is $53. VeriFone was upgraded at Goldman Sachs to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $44. Company can improve margins and free cash flow, Goldman Sachs said.
