NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES Becton Dickinson was upgraded to overweight from neutral at J.P. Morgan. $160 12-month price target. Estimates also increased, given less debt expense for the CareFusion purchase, J.P. Morgan said.
